A basic set is the main portions of the seats, bottom and tops. For example:

  • If you have a bench seat, the bottom and the back rest covers are the basic set.
  • If you have a 60/40 split bench, the basic set is both bottoms and both backrests.
  • If you have a 40/20/40, the basic set is three bottoms, two backrests and the face of the folding console.
  • If you have bucket seats, the basic set is both bottoms and both backrests.

There are exceptions to these statements but they are noted in the descriptions of each seat cover.

Bucket seats with adjustable headrests and an armrest on each seat. This seat requires a measurement. Take the measurement in the center of the seat, in the "spine area”. Do not measure the headrests. This is an entire polar girth measurement. Start at the top of the Driver seat under the headrest and measure through the crack in the seat up the backrest and meet again under the headrest. A fabric tape measure or string works best.

This seat has a 40/20/40 split bench seat with adjustable headrests and a folding center backrest. Center seating exists. This seat requires a measurement.
